Founded in 1993, Oceanus always put quality as its first priority and specially set up a Qc department which is composed of abundant experienced inspectors so as to take care of the product quality in our factories on a daily basis.  Before production starts, our inspectors carefully assess all the production materials,components and production methods in strict accordance with the specifications and PP samples. During production,our inspectors 100% inspect  the semi-finished products on site. This enables us to identify early problems to avoid continued production of non-compliant products by corrective measures and improvements. Finally , once upon all merchandises are 100% completed packing, our Qc supervisor will carry out final inspection as per AQL  2.5 standard or even higher standard as per clients' requirement.
